House of data 2019:
that's a wrap !

What a journey it’s been! Two months, five topics and about 400 delicious dishes prepared for more than 120 guests… We’ve had a blast hosting House of Data these past months.

At Serviceplan, we’re always looking to share our skills and expertise with our clients. That is why our agencies Mediascale, Mediaplus and Plan.Net teamed up to create House of Data: a series of five lunches centered around all kinds of data-related topics and taking place at our House of Communication in Brussels.

Throughout the months of October and November, we invited international marketeers Sergio Borzillo, Régis Watrisse, Juan Pablo Giménez, Tanja Boga and Enzo Ricciulli to share their knowledge about the relation between Data and Brand Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Target Definition Group and Brand Loyalty. Our guests came to the events with a variety of questions:

-Do my customers have my brand positively in mind?

-Are my paid media efforts impactful enough?

-Is my real objective to increase my sales at short term?

-How do I rejuvenate my target basis?

-How do I retain my customers and gain knowledge about their expectations?

All of these questions and more were answered and allowed our guests to leave each lunch with best practices about how to strengthen their marketing strategies by making use of Big Data.

After each keynote presentation, we seized this real networking opportunity and discussed the event’s topic over some delightful food, prepared by chef “à domicile” Pierre Burtonboy, who has been the executive chef at the Belgian embassy of Washington for 10 years. Celery risotto with seasonal mushrooms, turnip carpaccio with honey and lime, stuffed eggplant “alla Parmigiana”,… thank you Pierre for all the delicious veggie meals!

Many thanks also to Sergio, Régis, Juan, Tanja, Enzo, everyone who worked on House of Data and, most importantly, to our guests, for having shared these enlightening moments with us.

Witha full house at last Thursday’s House of Data for Enzo’s keynote about BrandLoyalty, we wrapped up this year’s House of Data edition with a bang.
