Serviceplan Group achieves best end-of-year result in company’s history, ending fiscal year with turnover up 28 %.
International success
In the financial year 2021-2022, Serviceplan Group achieved a fee turnover of 623 million euros, an increase of 28% from the previous year. It’s the best recorded result since the company’s founding in 1970.
"Even in a market that is characterized by uncertainty, volatility, and a shortage of skilled professionals, our ‘House of Communication’ concept has overwhelmingly proved its unique operational and creative potential. As a result, we can attract the sector’s most sought-after talent for our team", says Florian Haller, CEO of Serviceplan Group.
He attributes this success to a good balance in competing for the best talent and keeping and gaining relevant clients. The Serviceplan Group defies the shortage of specialists in its sector, by employing over 5,000 colleagues across 16 locations worldwide.
Due to our talented creative teams, Serviceplan Group was awarded ‘Independent Network of the Year’ and ’Craft Agency of the Year’ at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2022. At New York Festival, Serviceplan won a triple whammy of accolades, being named Independent Agency of the Year, Agency of the Year & Regional Agency of the Year for Europe.
To Alexander Schill, Global CCO of Serviceplan Group, the Cannes Award is an expression of everything that is important to us and who we are: independent, international, with an uncompromising creative approach to every single task.”
Local growth
Serviceplan Belgium nearly doubled their revenue, from 8 million euros in 2021 to 12 million euros revenues in 2022.
“Our last fiscal year was one of the best years ever for Serviceplan Group Belux. We realised a significant growth of 4 million euro on the top line, mainly due to the full integration of the newly acquired clients ALDI, BMW & MINI. We repositioned ALDI as the number one discounter in the retail market and fully implemented our Marcom Engine for BMW and MINI in 26 European countries”, says Peter Vande Graveele, CEO of Serviceplan BeLux.
Our datahub Mediascale, knew a tremendous growth in both its national and international business. We also strenghtened our BeNeLux position, by joining forces with HOC Amsterdam. And by hiring a team of seasoned creative leaders, we continued increasing our creative reputation.
Finally, since talent is our most important weapon, we decided to highlight and celebrate our team’s diversity, with a diversity & inclusion program and an external communication campaign.
We are very proud of our 130 Belgian colleagues for the excellent past year!
