We all witnessed it this year: brands need an effective digital strategy and presence in order to stay strong. Based on that idea, Damien Nicolas - Serviceplan’s Chief Digital Officer- hosted a training course in digital strategy in collaboration with Digimedia at the end of August.
During 4 hours, he exchanged with the participants on his experience with the different digital channels (social, search, video, native…), the optimisation techniques (programming, targeting, KPIs…) and the links between all these channels with offline media and the advertiser’s own channels, while also presenting the theory and supporting it with cases.
