One of our agencies is called Solutions and offers… well, you guessed it, solutions to your production requirements. The Solutions team is comprised of graphic, motion and 3D designers… all working together to make your brand’s digital and OOH creations and adaptations.

L’Oréal Benelux

Today, Solutions’ biggest client is L’Oréal, together with its 30 brands (pharmaceutical and luxury products, and more).

We’re responsible for all the adaptation and transcreation campaigns of L’Oréal in Belgium and The Netherlands, says Monia Kayila, Managing Director at Solutions Belgium. That means that we adapt international campaigns into the adequate languages and supports (retail, press, digital…) for our market. We also develop original visuals based on L’Oréal’s graphical charts.

At Solutions, our objective is to limit these exchanges, which we call “cycles”, and in so doing, save our client’s time (and money). So, we developed a personalised platform and work process, which our clients use, to reduce the number of cycles for each project.

At L’Oréal, for 90% of each of our projects together, there have only been 5 cycles. This has given the company the opportunity to save up to 30% of their time on production.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that we want to limit the interaction with our clients. We are available at any time through phone calls, emails, and personal (and virtual) meetings. At the end of each project, we always ask for an evaluation, based on 3 criteria: our availability, our loyalty to the brand’s identity, and our client’s general satisfaction, says Monia. So far, we have a global rating of 97,5% satisfaction.
